SUPPORTS IT
REFER A FRIEND - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following terms and conditions form part of Supports IT, Refer a Friend Promotion ("the Promotion"). Any Supports IT customer ("the Referrer") who refers work to Supports IT ("the Promoter") to any person (the Referred Friend) to the value of €2,000 or more shall be entitled to receive a free laptop ("the Incentive").
2. By making a referral under the Promotion the Referrer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the scheme set out herein.
3. This Promotion is only applicable to Referred Friends who become new clients of the Promoter. It does not apply to renewals of existing or lapsed contracts.
4. The value of the work referred must be to the value of €2,000 or more. This figure is exclusive of VAT and Outlay.
5. The Referrer or Referred Friend must mention this offer at time of order as it cannot be retrospectively applied.
6. There are no limits on the number of referrals to Referred Friends which one Referrer can make.
7. Only one Incentive per Referred Friend will be awarded, regardless of total value of work referred.
8. The Incentive is a Acer Aspire One. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Incentive for an alternative make and model of similar value without notice to the Referrer.
9. The Incentive will be awarded to the Referrer upon official order of the work to the Promoter by the Referred Friend.
10. While the Promoter will endeavour to assist, it is the ultimate responsibility of the Referrer to arrange for collection of the Incentive at their own expense.
11. The Incentive cannot be awarded if the Referrer's account with the Promoter is in arrears.
12. The provision of the Incentive is available only while stocks last and the Promoter shall be under no obligation to replace or compensate in any other way Referrers where stocks are exhausted.
13. No cash alternative to the Incentive is available.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. The Promotion shall run from 1st November 2008 up until 28th February 2009 or such other deadline as the Promoter may, in it's absolute discretion, decide to apply.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason or otherwise.
17. These conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Ireland and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
